Maxx Eddy is a star on the rise in the North American stand-up comedy scene. In 2025, he was selected to perform at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal as a New Face of Comedy. In 2024, he was chosen as a featured performer at the Netflix is a Joke Festival. He released his first mini-special with Don’t Tell Comedy in March 2025, and he recorded a set with SiriusXM/Netflix is a Joke Radio in late 2023. He performs regularly at the major clubs in Los Angeles, including the Comedy Store and the Laugh Factory.
Maxx’s act focuses on his experience as a bisexual boy in a straight man’s world, navigating his insecurities and overcompensation to hilarious (and often disastrous) effect. His curious, energetic delivery and sharp writing allow him to charm audiences of all kinds - he’s supported acts of myriad ilks on tour, from bombastic iconoclasts like Doug Stanhope and Tim Dillon to queer icons like Jinkx Monsoon.
