For one hour, a group of comedians on stage will be forbidden to laugh, as performers, certain members of the audience, and the other comics trying to keep a straight face try and make them break. Will everyone last the whole show? Will anyone? Come along and see who gets eliminated as they try not to laugh no matter what is thrown at them. Jessie "Jetski" Johnson is a music school drop-out and trumpet player turned stand-up comedian from Phoenix, now blossoming in Los Angeles. She is a paid regular at the World Famous Comedy Store and frequently performs at the Comedy Mothership in Austin. Her stand up on Don’t Tell Comedy has over half a million views and is featured on Hulu. She was a cast member on two of the most popular comedy podcasts today: the Kill Tony Podcast and the Bad Friends Podcast with Andrew Santino and Bobby Lee. She now hosts her own podcast, Jet Fuel, every Wednesday on all things streaming and tours the country with her stand-up and trumpet.

Geneva is a Brooklyn-based comedian originally from Oakland, CA. On Sept 19th, 2025 she released her debut comedy special, “Normal Father” on YouTube. The audio album will be released through Burn This Records in February 2026. She was a finalist in the Don’t Tell Comedy Competition DTCCCC 2025. She was featured in Limestone, 10K Laughs, SF Sketchfest, Flyover & Fountain City Comedy Festival.

Dan Alten is an intelligent goofball from Kentucky who has been traveling the country for the past decade bringing his charming nonsense to everywhere from theaters to punk basements to art galleries to beloved comedy clubs. Doing over 200 shows a year bringing his tight night surreal fun to the people, like if the Ramones were one guy with a mustache and good jokes. He has opened for Kyle Kinane, Bobcat, Sam Tallent, Rory Scovel, Sarah Sherman from SNL, Johnny Pemberton, Hari Kondabolu, rapper Open Mike Eagle, DJ Doug Pound & David Leibe Hart from Tim & Eric, various punk bands with silly names, and a guy at an open mic who tried to throw his father's ashes into the crowd.
He has recorded 2 albums, written a zine, and filmed a pilot for an Amazon Prime stand up show that was lost to history. But most importantly he's funny. You will enjoy him. And if not you can mud wrestle him after the show.

Luis Lopez (that's me) is a stand up comedian in New York City. He's a regular at several clubs around the city including New York Comedy Club, The Stand, and more.

Luis was a 2023 Comic to Watch for New York Comedy Festival.

He was a finalist in the New York Comedy Club Competition and a finalist in the Carolines March Madness Comedy Tournament.

Ariel Elias is a comedian living in New York City. Growing up, this Kentucky Jew made everyone laugh at her bat mitzvah, and the rest is history. Today, her comedy is a fun mesh of unique, personal stories mixed with witty and wry observations. 

Most recently, Ariel released her debut stand-up special A Jewish Star through 800 Pound Pound Gorilla, which can be seen on their YouTube channel.

 Described as “a sly young comic from Kentucky” by the New York Times, Ariel has also been featured in Rolling Stone, the Washington Post, and on Good Morning America. As a traveling stand up comedian, she has performed on the set of the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, was named a “New Face” at the 2021 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival, and most recently performed stand-up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

 After catching Jimmy Kimmel’s attention with a viral stand up clip that displayed her cool, calm, and hilarious composure, he invited Ariel to make her late night television debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live! In the same week she also appeared for an interview on the daytime talk show, Sherri.

Tyler Jackson is a standup from Los Angeles whose comedy is made up of a thousand little silly ideas, absurd puns, and pop culture references all smushed together. He presents his jokes in a unique format that allows the audience to guide the course of the show. Tyler has performed on over 50 comedy festivals across the country, including several prestigious fests like SF Sketchfest, The New York Comedy Festival, and The Onion Comedy Arts Festival. He is also co-host of the chaotic cross-country game show, Late Late Breakfast and a founding member of the Character Assassination roast series. He recently released his debut album "Hit Me!" on On Tour Records.

Set in a vibrant and surreal venue, THE DOSE is a fully immersive psychedelic experience featuring a carefully curated line-up of some of the best comedians in the country (seen on HBO, Comedy Central, Late Night, Netflix, Don’t Tell, and more!).
At THE DOSE we facilitate the perfect set and setting for both the comedians and the audience to find the funny within their expanding minds. Our Master of Ceremonies and creator of THE DOSE is Steven Gillespie (CONAN, AMAZON PRIME), a nationally touring stand-up comedian and a psychedelic connoisseur.
THE DOSE is more than a comedy show, it’s a multi-media event featuring our very own DJ and he will play before, during, and sometimes even after the show!
